One of the universities in Nigeria that is owned by the federal government is the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, or FUNAAB for short.
After four technology institutions merged in 1984, the Federal Government created FUNAAB, which was founded in 1988.This university has great potentials.
UNAAB School Fees
The Federal University of Agriculture in Abeokuta currently charges new students N30,250.00 for tuition and returning students N42,000. .

Admission Requirements for FUNAAB [JAMB & DE]
- All applicants to the University of Agriculture, Abeokuta must have at least five (5) SSCE credit passes in related areas, including English language and mathematics, at no more than two sittings in order to be considered for admission to any of its programs.
- Candidates must be sixteen (16) years old and above.
- Applicants that registered for both the Direct Entrance (DE) and Post-Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) must select Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta as their first choice of institution.
- The minimum required JAMB score and the institutional cut-off mark for the programs being sought for are required for UTME candidates.
NOTE: Applicants who are interested in attending the university but did not select the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta during the UTME/DE Registration should do so via the JAMB website.
UNAAB Hostel Accommodation
The FUNAAB hostel accommodation charge is now available to all students, particularly first-year and final-year students. Priority is given by the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta’s administration to 100-level and final-year students before 200-, 300-, or 400-level students, as the case may be.
The student accommodation of the Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta is suitable for students. Nonetheless, FUNAAB hostel lodging costs vary from hostel to hostel. You will need to select whether you want to use the school hostel or rent a room apart from the FUNAAB campus once I publish the hostel fees below. Please be aware that staying in a hostel while attending FUNAAB is not required. It is recommended that first-year students, in particular, remain on the school campus for at least the first year.
The cost of boarding at a hostel ranges from 18,000 to 61,000 Naira per student.

Step 1: Visit the school site at unaab.edu.ng and log in using your username and password to apply for FUNAAB hostel accommation.
Step 2: Comply with the instructions for making the payment.
Step 3: Provide your payment receipt (an electronic slip) to the office of student affairs for paperwork and a hostel assignment.
NOTE:
Students who need a spot in one of the designated halls should give student affairs their payment receipt.
