Isaac Jasper Boro COE, Sagbama is a college of education located in Sagbama, Bayelsa State, Nigeria. It is named after the late Nigerian soldier and statesman, Isaac Jasper Adaka Boro.
The college was established in 2010 to increase access to teacher education and address the shortage of qualified teachers in Bayelsa State.
