Zagada began his teaching career in 1986 at Government Secondary School, Argungu. He taught Geography for 10 years before transferring to Zagada College of Education, Bajoga in 1996 where he served as a lecturer. In 2007, Zagada was appointed Principal of Zagada College of Education, a position he still holds today.

Hostel Accommodation
