About The School

Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic (HAFEDPOLY)  is situated in Kazaure Zamfara State. In  order  to  address  the  personnel  needs for Nigeria’s industrial and economic development, it  was founded in December 1991 to offer technical and practical training.

The National Board for Technical Education(NBTE), Nigeria, has formally certified and recognized  Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnicin Kazaure Jigawa State.

To gain admission into Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic, you’ll need to meet the following requirements:

Minimum Entry Qualifications

To be considered for admission, you must have at least five credits in your O’level results including English Language and Mathematics in not more than two sittings. Accepted subjects are English Language, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Agricultural Science, Economics, Geography, Technical Drawing, Fine Art, and Food and Nutrition.


  • Apply online through the polytechnic’s admission portal – You will need to pay an application fee and upload the required documents.
  • Required documents include O’level results, birth certificate, and a recent passport photograph.
  • The application portal opens in January and closes in April for most programs. Check the portal for exact dates for your desired course of study

Hussaini Adamu Federal Polytechnic has some of the best student hostel accommodation in Nigeria. There are several hostels within the school premises that provide comfortable housing for students.
