About Royal COE, Ikeja, Lagos State
Royal COE, Ikeja was founded in 1952 as a teacher training college and was affiliated to the University of Ibadan. It is one of the oldest Colleges of Education in Nigeria.
The College started with 60 students and has grown tremendously over the years. Currently, the College has a student population of over 5,000 and a staff strength of over 1,000.

In order to be admitted, you must:
- Have at least five credits in related subjects, such as English Language, Mathematics, one Science subject, and two other subjects. You can get these credits in one sitting or over two sittings, but not more than five credits in a row.

Must have at least five years of education after elementary school. - For Direct Entry candidates, you must have at least one upper credit in the appropriate ND program.

- Must have made their first choice when they signed up for JAMB.
