Undergraduate Admission Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a minimum of five (5) credit passes in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language at not more than two sittings in WAEC/NECO/NABTEB/GCE.
- Candidates must have a minimum score of 180 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and must choose Uniport as their first choice.
- Candidates who did not choose Uniport as their first choice can apply for the university’s supplementary admission screening exercise.
- Candidates must participate in the university’s post-UTME screening exercise and attain the required cut-off mark for their chosen course.
- Candidates applying for Direct Entry (DE) admission must possess a minimum of two (2) A-level passes or its equivalent in relevant subjects.
Postgraduate Admission Requirements:
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of second-class lower division from a recognized university.
- Candidates with a third class Bachelor’s degree may be considered for admission into the Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) program.
- Candidates must have a minimum of five (5) O’Level credit passes including Mathematics and English Language.
- Candidates must have a minimum score of 50% in the university’s postgraduate admission screening exercise.
- Candidates applying for the Master’s degree program must possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of second-class upper division while candidates applying for the Ph.D. program must possess a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
