The admission process at Uniuyo is highly competitive, and prospective students are expected to meet certain requirements before they can be considered for admission.

Undergraduate Admission Requirements:

To gain admission into Uniuyo for an undergraduate program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • O’Level Requirements: Candidates must possess at least five credit passes in relevant subjects including Mathematics and English Language at not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, or NABTEB.
  • UTME Requirements: Candidates must score the minimum cut-off mark in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) as determined by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB). In addition, candidates must choose Uniuyo as their first or second choice institution during the UTME registration.
  • Post-UTME Screening: Candidates who meet the UTME cut-off mark will be required to participate in the Uniuyo Post-UTME screening exercise. The screening usually involves a computer-based test (CBT) and may also include an oral interview or written assessment depending on the faculty.

Postgraduate Admission Requirements:

To gain admission into Uniuyo for a postgraduate program, candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
  • A minimum of Second Class Honors (Upper Division) or a CGPA of 3.00 on a 5-point scale in the relevant discipline.

Doctoral Admission Requirements:

UNIUYO Hostel Accommodations Fees

The hostel accommodation fees at Uniuyo vary depending on the type of room and the location of the hostel. There are four main types of hostel accommodations available for students at Uniuyo, namely:

  • Mini Flats: These are self-contained rooms with a private bathroom and kitchenette. They are suitable for students who prefer privacy and independence.
